Berkshire Enterprises' Staff

Steve Fogel, Program Director, joined Berkshire Enterprises in 1991 and has provided marketing expertise based upon his previous experience with start up companies in the Boston area. He graduated from University of Michigan with a Bachelors of Arts in Economics. He has also earned a Masters of Education in Special Education from Leslie College as well as a Masters of Science in Management from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.

David Roche has been with Berkshire Enterprises since 1992 as a lead instructor and consultant. His previous experience was as a senior commercial lender at City Savings Bank and as a real estate developer. He has a graduate degree in Finance from Fairfield University. He currently owns the Aspinwall Adult Equestrian Center in Lenox, MA in addition to continuing his work for Berkshire Enterprises as a consultant and lead instructor.

Jill Drummond, Assistant to the Director, joined Berkshire Enterprises in August 2004. She Performs a variety of administrative and staff support duties for the Program Director, trainers, students and client base. Routinely, Jill provides outreach sessions to potential small business owners in need of guidance and support. Jill owns a web design business in North Adams, MA entitled Set Your Sites and also teaches a workshop at Berkshire Community College in jewelry making in addition to her work for Berkshire Enterprises.

Wendy Krom, Business Consultant and Trainer, joined the Berkshire Enterprises team in September 2005. She has a Master's Degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in Continuing Education with a concentration in Community Development. She is also a graduate of Berkshire Enterprise's Entrepreneurial Training program. Additionally, Wendy is the sole proprietor of Community Consulting Services located in Cheshire, MA. where she provides training and technical assistance to community groups and organizations.
